Return Policy
We want you to love your art. If, for any reason, you don’t, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Paintings discounted by 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Commissioned work is not eligible for return.
Just email us at office@hue.art, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
