We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a return.* To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin the return process, please contact us at office@hue.art. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
